01 Definitions & Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between MB8 Million ("Platform", "us", "Company") and you as a registered user ("Member", "you"). 03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account mb8 million. Multiple account ownership is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your mb8 million username and password confidential. All activity occurring under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.

09 Liability Limits

Mb8 million is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business disruption.

• The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and mb8 million does not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
• Mb8 million is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Mb8 million's total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Mb8 million is not responsible for game outcomes resulting from technical errors beyond our control.

This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Malaysian law.

10 Account Closure & Termination

Members may close their mb8 million account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited along with any associated bonuses.

Closure by mb8 million

Mb8 million reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by a relevant law enforcement agency or regulatory body.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
